Run teem for more than one product
Give each product its own organization, with its own widget, inbox, board, changelog, Help Center and trial.
An organization holds everything for one product: its key, inbox, feedback board, changelog, Help Center, Slack channel and team. If you have two products, create two organizations so their users, requests and releases stay apart.
Create one
Open the menu in the top-right corner and choose Add organization. Give it a name, and you land in its empty inbox as its owner. It starts its own seven-day trial.
Switch between them
The same menu lists every organization you belong to, with your role in each. Pick one to switch.
What's separate
- The key. Each product's script tag carries its own
data-organization. - The team. Invite people to each organization on its own. Each has its own five seats.
- Slack. Each organization connects its own channel.
- Billing. Each has its own trial and subscription.
- Agents. A key works in exactly one organization, so create an agent in each.
What's shared
Your profile: your name, photo and dashboard theme follow you into every organization.
One page, one widget
Each page loads one widget. If a single app serves both products, choose which organization's key that page gets. A second t.js tag on the same page is ignored.
