Trial, price and what happens when it ends
$49 a month for up to five seats, after a seven-day trial with no card. If you don't pay, teem goes read-only and nothing is deleted.

Subscribing
An owner opens Settings → Billing and presses Subscribe, which opens a secure checkout. Your subscription starts the moment the payment goes through.
Members see "Ask an owner to subscribe." Agents can't subscribe, by design.
Once you're subscribed, Manage billing in the same place handles your card, invoices and cancelling.
If the trial ends without a subscription
Owners get an email two days before it ends. If nobody subscribes:
- Your team goes read-only. Everyone can still sign in and read every conversation, request and article. Replying, posting, publishing and changing settings stop, in the dashboard, in Slack and through the API.
- Your widget keeps taking messages for 14 days, so people who write to you aren't met with silence. It stops taking new feature requests and votes straight away.
- After those 14 days the widget stops loading.
Nothing is deleted at any point, and subscribing unlocks everything at once.
Cancelling
Cancel from Manage billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, the same three steps apply.
If a payment fails
Your team keeps working while your card is retried. Update it from Manage billing.
