Make the widget look like your product
Your name, logo, accent color and a light or dark theme, set in Settings and shown in the widget and on your public pages.
Your users see your name, your logo and your color, not teem's. Four settings control that, and anyone on your team can change them.
| Setting | Where | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Settings → Organization | The widget header, "Your name support" in chat, and the title of your public pages |
| Logo | Settings → Organization | The widget header and panels, and the top bar of your public pages |
| Accent color | Settings → Widget | Buttons and highlights in the widget and on your public pages |
| Visitor theme | Settings → Widget | Light, dark, or whatever the visitor's device uses |
The logo
Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 2 MB. teem fits it inside 256 × 256 pixels without cropping, keeps any transparency, and strips the file's metadata. A square mark reads best at the small sizes the widget uses. Without a logo, the widget shows your organization's initials.
The accent
Pick one color. teem uses it on the parts of the widget a visitor acts on, so choose the color of your own primary buttons rather than your loudest brand color.
The visitor theme
System follows each visitor's device, and suits most products. Pick Dark or Light if your app only comes in one. This is separate from Settings → Appearance, which changes your own dashboard and nobody else's.
When changes show up
The widget reads these settings when a page loads, so a visitor sees the change on their next page load. Your public board, changelog and Help Center show it straight away.
From an agent
The same four settings are available through the update_organization MCP tool and PATCH /api/v1/organization. The API reference lists the fields.
