Write your Help Center
Topics, Markdown articles and a publish step, readable on your public page and inside the widget.
Your Help Center answers the questions people would otherwise send you. Open Help Center in the sidebar to write it.
Start with topics
The Help Center page lists your topics. Create one with New topic, give it a name and a one-line description, and drag the topics into the order you want readers to see. Click a topic to manage its articles.
Each article belongs to one topic. A topic stays off your public page until it has a published article, so you can set up the structure before you write.
Write in Markdown
New article opens the editor with the topic filled in. Write in Markdown or use the toolbar, and check the preview before you save. Readers see the summary in search results, on topic pages and in the widget. To add an image, paste an HTTPS link to it.
Create draft saves the article where only your team can see it.
Publish when it's ready
Readers see an article after you press Publish. Edits to a published article stay private as pending changes until you press Publish changes, so you can fix a page without showing half an edit. Discard changes throws the edits away and leaves the published version live.
Where readers find it
Your public Help Center lives at teem.so/b/your-organization/help, with search across every published article. The same articles appear in the widget's help tab, and your app can open that tab with teem.open("help").
Each article ends with Still need help?, which sends the reader to the widget to write to you. You answer from the inbox like any other conversation.
Let an agent write it
An agent can search, draft and publish articles through teem's MCP tools. Saving a draft and publishing are separate calls, so you decide when an agent's work goes live. The MCP reference covers setup and every Help Center tool.
