A new inbox, and your coding agent signs you up

An inbox that works like the rest of teem

The inbox is a page like Feedback and Help Center now: a title, then three cards. Your conversations sit on the left, the open one in the middle, and the person you're talking with on the right.

Click a conversation and it opens beside the list. The list stays where you scrolled it. The address changes to that conversation's own link, so a link from an email or Slack opens this same view.

  • Right-click a conversation, or press the Menu key or Shift+F10, to open it in a new tab, copy its link, resolve it, assign it or delete it without opening it. The ⋯ next to Resolve opens the same menu.
  • Open and Resolved sit at the top of the list, with your open and unread counts.
  • The contact card shows who they are, who has the conversation, the browser, device and page they wrote from, and their history with you.
  • On a screen narrower than 1280px you see the list, then the conversation with a way back to it.

The counters across the top, the 7, 14 and 30-day window and the previous and next arrows are gone. Resolved lists every resolved conversation, 25 to a page.

Your coding agent signs you up

Paste teem's install prompt into Claude Code, Cursor or another coding agent before you have an account. The agent gives you a teem.so link: open it to sign up, or log in and pick an organization. The agent collects your organization's key from there and finishes the install, so you never copy a key by hand.

Install in your dashboard says your agent has the key, and it shows the widget as live the moment your app loads it, without a reload.

  • A changelog draft has two buttons. Save draft keeps it with your team, and Publish asks first, because publishing marks its linked requests shipped and emails their voters.
