Your brand color, your own domain, and a history on every request
Your color in the widget and on your pages
Pick an accent color under Settings → Widget. Choose one of nine presets or paste your exact hex code. The widget's launcher, send button and main buttons take that color, along with the sort toggle, the requests your visitors voted for, and their own messages in a chat. On your public board, changelog and Help Center, you'll see it on Request a feature and on the filters.
Text on those controls switches between white and black so it stays readable, and a light brand color still works. If you never pick a color, your widget stays black.
Your board on your own domain
Owners can put the board, changelog and Help Center on a domain like help.yourcompany.com from Settings → Domain. Add one DNS record, and the status turns Live once your domain answers over HTTPS.
- Your pages use short paths like
/changelogand/help, and your visitors never see teem.so. - Old teem.so links redirect to the same page on your domain. Status emails and widget links use your domain too.
- Your domain comes with its own sitemap. It lists every request and everything you've published, and leaves drafts out.
- Each request, entry and article gives search engines a description taken from its own text.
- If your DNS record stops pointing at teem, your pages go back to teem.so until you fix it. Sign-in and the dashboard stay on teem.so.
A history on every request
Each feature request now has an activity feed. A note your team posts adds to the feed and keeps the earlier ones, and each status change gets its own line. Your voters see the same history on the public request page.
You change the status from the same box where you write the update. When you pick a new status, teem asks whether to email the voters and shows how many will get it.
Fixed
- Moving the mouse across the inbox no longer marks conversations as read. A conversation stays unread until you open it.
- Owners can delete an organization from the Danger zone again.
- In help articles, numbered steps keep counting after a table or a code block.
- Notifications now appear in the top right, under the top bar.
