Your visitors see when you're online, and teem help is one click away
Visitors know when someone is around
When anyone on your team has the dashboard open, the widget's chat header shows a green dot and says Online now, and the home screen says the team is online. The rest of the time it still promises a reply the same day.
Fewer fields for your visitors
A feature request is one box now. The first line becomes the title people vote on, and anything below it becomes the detail. The chat composer is a single row with the send button inside it.
An inbox you can read at a glance
Each conversation row spreads across the screen: who wrote, where they are, their local time and page, their latest message, and how long they've waited. The panel on top shows new conversations, how many are waiting, and your median time to first reply and to resolved.
Slack setup you can follow step by step
Settings walk you through connecting Slack in numbered steps. When you pick a channel, teem posts a hello there first, so a channel teem can't reach never shows as connected. If your workspace needs an admin to approve new apps, the page tells you what to ask them.
Help with teem, from inside teem
The teem widget now sits in the corner of your dashboard. Ask us anything or request a feature without leaving your inbox, and we see who you are. Docs in the sidebar opens the Help Center.
Fixed
- Inviting someone who already uses teem in another organization now sends them the invitation email.
- The widget no longer hangs on "Loading your conversation" for a visitor who hasn't started one.
