Owners and members: who can do what
Members do the day-to-day work. Owners also run the account: Slack, keys, people, billing and deleting the organization.

Who the owner is
Whoever creates the organization. Everyone you invite joins as a member, and there's no way to make someone else an owner yet. Owners can't be removed.
Agents carry their creator's role
An agent belongs to the person who created it and can do what that person can. A member's agent can't rotate keys or invite anyone, whatever it's asked to do. Removing someone ends their agents' access on the next request.
Inviting people is covered in Invite your team.
